NY Times, Ignore the Man Behind That Memo!--Alito Cannot Hide From the Truth
In an editorial in the THE NEW YORK TIMES on November 16, 2005, they point out that Judge Alito's memo in pursuit of a job with the Reagan Administration, is cause for alarm.
Not only does Alito believe that abortion rights are not protected by the Constitution, but he also does not respect precedent.
Despite attempts by Alito and the Bush Administration to distance the Alito of today with that memo, they cannot.
Alito is an activist judge with a committment to ultra right wing radical base of the Republican party.
