In Our State
We mobilize hundreds of supporters from across the state to get involved in the political process. Our political activities range from contacting legislators to support or oppose legislation to working on campaigns to increase the number of pro-choice legislators representing you at the NC General Assembly and everything in between.
Executive
Governor Bev Perdue (D) is pro-choice.
House of Representatives
The North Carolina House of Representatives is anti-choice and is led by anti-choice House Speaker Thom Tillis (R- Cornelius).
Senate
The North Carolina Senate is anti-choice and is led by anti-choice President Pro Tempore Phil Berger (R- Eden).
