North Carolina's law allows people to register and vote on the same day at Early Voting sites during Early Voting periods.

THAT'S RIGHT! You can register and vote on the same day.

One-stop voting started Thursday, October 16 and runs until Sunday, November 1. Please note: you cannot register on Election Day, November 4.

To vote early, and register if you have not already:

• Go to an Early Voting Site in your county. To find the location and hours of early voting sites, please visit http://www.sboe.state.nc.us/content.aspx?id=17.
• Show the election official your proof of residence.
• Complete a voter registration form.
• Cast your ballot!
